VFG Weapon Care offers a unique and highly professional cleaning system for use on all types of air/CO weapons and firearms. Our guiding beliefs are that cleaning equipment and elements must be: simple and conformable to handle, highly effective and must not damage the gun.

Whether shooting for hunting or sport, cleaning and care of the gun is a part of the game. They should, however, demand as little time as possible. It is a false assumption that a gun barrel cleans itself with the “cleaning shot”. This false assumption applies only if your interest lies in the gun being able to fire a shot and not the accuracy of that shot. For accuracy, the bore should be free from powder residues, metallic deposits and even corrosion. You must clean and preserve your firearm regularly to maintain its accuracy and value.

Caliber-precise cleaning

You want only the best for your gun. VFG Weapon Care is the only cleaning system suited to the caliber for all common calibers. Thus we achieve maximum cleaning efficiency. Our rifle cleaners, COMFORT and INTENSIVE, are specifically designed for use depending on the level of dirt accumulation. The rifle cleaner made of wool felt supports cleaning effects in optimal form.

»  It is stable in shape but still elastic and is stamped precisely in modern process. This results in a brush-type surface made of numerous fiber tips on the punched section. This provides an optimal cleaning effect due to stamping matched to the caliber and corresponding contact pressure.
»  It is extremely absorbent and holds its fiber structure including all the dirt particles and this removes them from the barrel. The excellent absorbency even helps in absorption and storage of liquids (e.g. oil, solvents) and polishing paste etc.

VFG rifle cleaner – a pure natural product

All of our cleaning systems use wool felt elements to clean, conserve and de-oil the gun barrel. VFG rifle cleaners contain high-quality wool felt from sheep’s natural wool fibers with viscose.

» Felt is a natural product and does not contain any chemical substances.

» Felt is a textile product and is therefore harmless, gentle and effective for guns.

» As a carrier for polishing agents, it helps in cleaning the metallic surfaces to a bright polish.

VFG RIFLE CLEANER: COMFORT AND INTENSIVE

In addition to cleaners made of wool felt (VFG rifle cleaner Comfort), VFG also developed a special rifle cleaning felt with additional insert made of brass fibers – namely VFG rifle cleaner INTENSIVE.

We recommend VFG rifle cleaner COMFORT for mild dirt accumulations or for oiling and de-oiling. VFG rifle cleaner INTENSIVE makes the whole cleaning far easier in case of heavy dirt accumulations or deposits.

The rifle cleaner INTENSIVE combines the advantages of VFG COMFORT, made of wool felt, with that of a bronze brush or steel wool. Its surface is therefore abrasive, elastic and absorbable. The rifle cleaner INTENSIVE guarantees even more efficient cleaning of the inner sides of the barrel or even cartridge chambers in revolver cylinder. As a result, it frees you from using cleaning brushes, steel wool or similar severely abrasive cleaning tools. The optimal bore size, material thickness and elasticity assure that VFG rifle cleaner INTENSIVE will penetrate deep into the grooves of the rifle, absorb and then remove the dirt particles.
